All our programs are digital. When you purchase a program and receive access credentials, you obtain immediate intellectual access to course materials.

1. No Cancellation & No Refunds

After access is granted, all sales are final and non‑refundable.

2. Exceptions

• Verified duplicate payments; or

• Technical failures that prevent access (as verified by our team).

3. Refund Timeline & Method

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

4. EMI Transactions

For EMI payments, any refund adjustments will follow the respective bank or Razorpay EMI partner’s terms and timelines.
