Since our Services are digital, there are no physical shipments or exchanges.

1. Delivery & Access

• Access to your purchased program is delivered via email or dashboard login within 24 hours of successful payment.

• If you do not receive access within 48 hours, contact team@emeraldmine.in. We will resolve access issues within 24 hours.

2. Upgrades

Program upgrades or course switches may be requested via support; eligibility is determined case‑by‑case.
