Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Emerald Mine Wealth Academy (EMWA) (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.emeraldmine.in and all digital programs, mentorships, and related services (“Services”). By purchasing or accessing our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of Services

Emerald Mine Wealth Academy (EMWA) provides digital educational programs on ethical wealth-building, trading systems, and performance development. No physical goods are shipped; access is provided online.

2. Eligibility

  • Users must be 18 years or older (or have guardian consent).

  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.

  • Use our Services only for lawful, non-commercial, educational purposes.

3. Payments & Pricing

  • All fees are in INR and inclusive of applicable GST.

  • Payments are processed securely via Razorpay and its partners.

  • We may from time to time offer Easy EMI or No‑Cost EMI payment options through partner banks or Razorpay EMI providers. Any such offers will be displayed at checkout and are subject to lender approval.

  • Any interest or cost component, if applicable, will either be borne by EMWA or disclosed transparently before purchase.

  • By opting for EMI, you consent to share necessary data with payment partners solely for EMI processing.

4. Access & Delivery

Course access is delivered digitally within 24 hours of successful payment. If access is not received within 48 hours, email team@emeraldmine.in and we will resolve it within 24 hours.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Once access credentials are issued, all sales are final and non‑refundable. Exceptions are made only for verified duplicate payments or technical issues preventing access. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. For EMI transactions, adjustments follow bank partner terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, frameworks, and assets are owned by EMWA. Users receive a personal, non‑transferable, non‑commercial license. Reproduction, resale, or unauthorized sharing is prohibited.

7. Student Code of Conduct

Maintain respect and professionalism during sessions and community interactions. Violations may result in access suspension or termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our programs are educational and do not constitute financial or investment advice. We are not liable for trading losses or other outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific Service.

9. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

We aim for amicable resolution via team@emeraldmine.in. These Terms are governed by the laws of India; jurisdiction is Kolhapur, Maharashtra.

10. Faith & Ethical Commitment

We uphold values of integrity, fairness, and responsible wealth‑building inspired by Islamic principles. Our content emphasizes ethical decision‑making, discipline, and transparency.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and continued use signifies acceptance.
